As part of our ongoing strategic plan, we are expanding our capacity to support land trusts throughout Indiana. This growth reflects our commitment to strengthening conservation organizations statewide and ensuring they have the resources needed to protect the natural lands, waters, and working lands that define our natural heritage.
To advance this work, we are seeking a qualified partner with demonstrated experience in nonprofit fund development, strategic planning, and the conservation sector or similarly mission-driven sectors. The selected partner will work collaboratively with ILPA’s Board of Directors and staff to develop an actionable fundraising strategy that strengthens the organization’s long-term financial sustainability while recognizing our unique role as Indiana’s statewide alliance of nonprofit land trusts.
Proposals must be submitted by August 3, 2026 for consideration.
