DESCRIPTION:As the summer sky fades to darkness\, the mysterious world of moths comes to life! Join Sycamore Land Trust at our headquarters\, Cedar Crest\, for an evening where science and wonder come together as we use specialized lights and lures to attract an incredible diversity of moths. Through close observation\, we’ll explore their fascinating life cycles\, remarkable adaptations\, ecological importance\, and the surprising roles they play as pollinators and food for other wildlife. Kids will have the chance to hold moths\, use hand lenses for close observation\, and play Moth Bingo for a special prize! All ages are welcome. \nThis event is part of Indiana Land Trust Days.
