SUMMARY:Tales and Trails
DESCRIPTION:The season is changing\, and so are the trees! Come to Meadowbrook for a cozy story time and nature adventure as we read If You Find a Leaf by Aimee Jicuro. After the story\, we’ll discover how different types of trees prepare for winter and create our own leaf artwork inspired by the changing season. \nPlease come prepared to be outdoors for the entire program. A jacket\, boots\, and a water bottle are recommended. \n  \nTales & Trails invites children and their caregivers to gather for a short story that sparks curiosity\, followed by an exploration of one of our beautiful conservation destinations. Expect to hear a tale and hike a trail while discovering the natural wonders around you together.  \nThis is a 1.5-hour program designed for children ages 3-5. Younger siblings are welcome to join.  \n  \nWeather Policy: Rain or shine. Event will be cancelled in inclement weather with no rain date. \nThis event is part of Indiana Land Trust Days. RSVP on the host organization’s website so that you don’t miss a thing – updates\, reminders\, or the occasional weather related cancellation or delay.
